Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner looking for a role that truly supports your work-life balance?
We are a well-established group of 6 Montessori nursery settings across West London, and we are currently looking for enthusiastic and caring practitioners to join our friendly team at our Acton nursery (W3 8GJ).

Flexible Working Patterns Available
Full-Time
40 hours per week
All year-round or Term Time only options
Part-Time
3 fixed days: Monday, Tuesday & Friday
(24–30 hours per week between 7:30am–6:30pm)
Early shifts only
7:30am–1:00pm (Mon–Fri)
Late shifts only
1:00pm–6:30pm (Mon–Fri)
Salary
£25,500–£27,000 (pro rata) Based on Experience
About the Role
You will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive while delivering the EYFS framework and supporting each child’s individual learning journey.
What We’re Looking For
Level 3 Childcare Qualification (or equivalent)
OR Level 2 with nursery experience
Good knowledge of EYFS
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive and caring attitude towards working with children
