Fellows will be encouraged to participate in ongoing trials as a part of the post We have a robust teaching programme & will encourage all paediatric fellows to actively participate in the teaching sessions & also to deliver teaching RLH is one of the busiest paediatric units in the UK. We already have GRID trainees for Paediatric A&E/ gastroenterology/ Respiratory medicine/ Allergy medicine/ endocrinology with SPIN trainees in Neurology All fellows will be assigned a QI project/Audit to participate in along with participation in Clinical Governance and management meetings The full job description and the person specification provide an overview of the key tasks and responsibilities of the role,outlining the qualification, skills, experience, and knowledge required.
