The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• QTS or QTLS (essential)
• Experience teaching English across KS2–KS4 (KS5 desirable)
• An understanding of, or interest in, supporting students with neurodiverse learning differences
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• A patient, flexible, and compassionate approach
