Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Pinner for a passionate and skilled Room Leader to oversee the Under 2’s room.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the room team
• Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences
• Oversee planning, observations, and assessments
• Ensure EYFS and safeguarding compliance
• Build strong relationships with families

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• 2+ years’ nursery experience
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• In-depth EYFS knowledge
