Nursery Practitioner (2–3s) – Eastcote

Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Eastcote for a motivated Nursery Practitioner to work within the 2–3 years age group.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children’s learning and development through play
• Plan and deliver engaging activities aligned with EYFS
• Promote independence and positive behaviour
• Maintain accurate observations and records
• Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues

Requirements

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a nursery setting
• Good knowledge of EYFS and child development
• Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
