About this role
Recruitment Professionals is recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded nursery in Eastcote for a caring and experienced Nursery Practitioner to support children aged 6–14 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care tailored to babies’ individual needs
- Support early development through age-appropriate activities
- Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
- Follow EYFS and safeguarding procedures
- Communicate effectively with parents and the wider team
Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher
- At least 2 years’ experience working with babies
- Strong understanding of EYFS and child development
- Warm, patient, and attentive approach
