The Nursery is set in a beautifully refurbished Victorian building, offering bright indoor learning spaces and a large outdoor garden used daily for learning and exploration. This is a role for someone already confident leading within a nursery environment and supporting a team to deliver high standards of early years care and education.

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
• Proven experience as a Room Leader or senior practitioner in a nursery setting
• Strong understanding of EYFS and safeguarding requirements
• Ability to lead a team and maintain high standards

What You’ll Do

• Lead a nursery room and oversee daily practice
• Support, supervise and develop early years practitioners
• Deliver learning in line with EYFS requirements
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety compliance
• Build strong relationships with children and families
• Support continuous improvement within the nursery
