We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Care Assistant to join our team in Snaresbrook, supporting one of our clients with a range of complex health needs.

Our client enjoys learning about Psychology and she would like to practise it in the future. She likes listening to music and playing on her computer. On weekends she likes to go shopping, and she attends school Monday-Friday. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Providing personal care and mobility support
• Supporting with clinical tasks
• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction

• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
• Enteral feeding
• Tracheostomy
• Ventilation
• Suctioning
• Oxygen therapy
• Nebulizer
• Medication Administration
• A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
