Veterinary Nurse Job in Tottenham, North London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) to join a busy and well-established small animal practice in Tottenham.

This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinary nurse looking to join a highly supportive and collaborative team with a strong reputation for clinical standards, team culture and client care. Newly qualified RVNs are encouraged to apply and will benefit from exceptional mentoring and support.

Role Highlights

  • Salary from £32,000 to £36,000, depending on experience

Working Hours

  • Full-time hours
  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 in 4 Saturday mornings
  • 1 in 10 Sundays at a nearby 24-hour hospital
  • 1 bank holiday per year
  • No out-of-hours or on-call commitments

The Role

This varied Registered Veterinary Nurse position offers involvement in all aspects of small animal practice, including

  • Surgical nursing and anaesthesia monitoring
  • Assisting in theatre and consultations
  • Inpatient care and hospitalisation
  • Laboratory diagnostics
  • Maintaining clinical records
  • Stock and pharmacy management
  • Supporting nurse clinics
  • Reception and client communication when required
  • Clinical supervision of student nurses

You will be trusted to use your full nursing skill set within a busy and rewarding general practice environment.

The Practice

Located in Tottenham, this popular first opinion clinic has a large and loyal client base and a consistently busy caseload. The practice is known internally for its excellent team culture and supportive working environment.

Complex cases and out-of-hours patients are referred to a nearby 24-hour hospital, giving you access to advanced care while allowing you to focus on first opinion nursing.

The clinic is easily accessible, with excellent transport links into Central London and easy access to green spaces and surrounding towns.

  • Senior Veterinary Surgeon

Salary & Benefits
