Working closely with the Lead SENDCo, you will play a key part in the strategic leadership of the department.

Assist in overseeing the SEND provision to ensure high-quality, inclusive teaching across the curriculum.

Monitor and track student data to ensure every learner is making meaningful strides toward their goals.

Build Partnerships

Act as a bridge between the school, parents, and external stakeholders to create a unified support network.
