Recruitment Professionals are recruiting on behalf of a well-established nursery in South East London for an experienced SEN Support Worker to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children with additional needs within an early years environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children with SEN within the nursery setting
- Assisting with EHCP planning and implementation
- Working closely with staff, parents, and external professionals
- Referring and supporting children with additional developmental needs
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment
Requirements
- Previous experience supporting children with SEN
- Knowledge of EHCP processes and planning
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early years childcare and child development
