Our client, a thriving primary school in the heart of Southall, Greater London, is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Full Time Year 3 Class Teacher to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young learners in a supportive and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of a Year 3 class. This role requires a strong understanding of the national curriculum, as well as a commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere. The salary for this position is in the range of M1 - M6 Inner London (£206.75 - £268.21 Per Day), providing an excellent remuneration package.

As the Full Time Year 3 Class Teacher, you will be expected to

  • Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans that promote academic growth and social-emotional development
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methodologies and resources to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
  • Continuously assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and differentiated support to ensure each child reaches their full potential
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support the overall success of the school
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills and stay abreast of the latest educational trends and best practices
  • Adhere to the school's policies, procedures, and safeguarding protocols to maintain a safe and nurturing learning environment

To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching in a primary school setting, with a strong focus on Year 3
  • Excellent subject knowledge and a deep understanding of the national curriculum
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest educational research and best practices
