Responsibilities
Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching thatpromotes pupil progress and engagement.
Create a positive and well-managed learningenvironment with high expectations for behaviour andachievement.
Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress to supportlearning and development.
Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, includingthose with SEND and additional needs.
Contribute to curriculum development, safeguarding, andthe wider life of the school.
Work collaboratively with staff, parents/carers, governors,and external professionals while maintaining highprofessional standards.
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and primary teachingexperience.
Strong knowledge of the curriculum, assessment, andeffective teaching strategies.
Ability to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that supportpupil progress.
Effective classroom management and high behaviouralexpectations.
Strong communication skills, professionalism, andcommitment to safeguarding and school life.
