Summary
Key Responsibilities
Ministry and Worship Support
Assist during church services, prayer meetings, Bible studies, and special programmes
Support worship services through coordination, setup, and congregation assistance
Help prepare teaching materials, scripture readings, and service schedules
Pastoral & Community Support
Support pastoral teams in caring for church members
Participate in prayer support, visitation assistance, and follow-up activities
Assist with community outreach, evangelism, and faith-based charity initiatives
Administration and Church Operations
Support church administration, records, and ministry coordination
Assist with event planning, conferences, and special services
Maintain confidentiality and uphold church values at all times
Conduct and Representation
Live and serve in a manner consistent with Christian faith and NTGC values
Represent NTGC respectfully within the church and wider community
Work under the supervision of church leadership at all times
