Responsibilities
Coordinate and allocate resources efficiently to meet project demands and deadlines.
Maintain detailed records of resource availability, utilization, and requirements.
Communicate with project teams to anticipate and resolve resource conflicts.
Track and manage inventory of materials and equipment needed for REIS projects.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement of resources.
Prepare and present regular reports on resource status to management.
Assist in planning and scheduling to optimize resource deployment and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards concerning resource management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Proven experience in resource coordination, project coordination, or asset management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with diverse teams.
Proficiency with resource management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.
Problem-solving skills to anticipate and mitigate resource-related issues effectively.
Capability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
