Permanent, multiple roles with flexible hours available

Schedule

Monday to Sunday, including

Bank Holidays Shift hours

10:00pm 7:00am, 23 shifts weekly

Salary

Marie Curie Clinical Pay Scale, Band 2 (AFC Aligned) £25,272 per annum (prorated), plus generous enhancements

Location

Community-based, covering Newham and Tower Hamlets, with a service radius of up to 25 miles from your base location.

What we are looking for

Proven experience in providing care in a community context within Health or Social Care settings, along with an understanding of end-of-life care for patients. Preferably NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent Be person-centred and compassionate when caring for the person and those important to them. Ability to develop and evaluate care management plans that meet the complex needs of the person, and those important to them. Emotional resilience and the capacity to work independently. A valid driving license and access to a car for travel to patient homes are required.
