Job Summary

Greig House Lifehouse located in Westferry is looking to recruit an experienced Maintenance Person to join our Homelessness Service Team. We provide residential supported accommodation for up to 20 young adults male and female aged between 18-25 years old who are experiencing homelessness or recently left care.

Key Responsibilities

The role of the Maintenance Person is to provide a high-quality environment for our clients, our maintenance person plays an important part in being responsible for keeping facilities, equipment and systems in good working condition. You will be carrying out a range of maintenance activities including completing emergency repairs as they arise, varying out day to day repairs and maintenance of building and grounds.This post is pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services is delivered, in which client choice and control is clear.

Successful candidate will have
