Salary

Starting from £13.56 per hour (depending on qualifications(s) and experience)

Your role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in fostering the intellectual, social and emotional development of the children. Working apart of a supportive team, you’ll nurture positive relationships and ensure a safe stimulating environment for every child.

Key Responsibilities

•To build positive and caring relationships with children and be responsible for their well-being, welfare, and development in the nursery

•Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and be confident to engage in high quality interactions with children in your care

•Operate within the key person system and liaise with parents, carers, and senior staff

•Empathy, patience and a genuine love for working with children

What we are looking for

•Full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification or above

•Minimum 6 months of recent childcare experience

•The ability to promote good practice in a professional manner
