- Planning of Programs and Activities for the Young Adult Church
- Regular Preaching and Teaching in the Young Adult Church's Services
- Devising, establishing, developing, and overseeing a mentoring program and meetings with young people to provide support, study the bible, and pray.
- Identifying and developing the gifts and talents of young people and volunteers, and encouraging active participation in church life, including youth-led services.
- To provide Pastoral Care for the Young people
- All other functions as assigned by the Executive Pastor of the Church
