Hays Education are working in partnership with a highly regarded secondary school in Southwark to recruit a talented Teacher of Geography. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful and well-established Humanities department within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

Your new role

You will be teaching Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach A-Level for the right candidate. The school is looking for a passionate and engaging teacher who can deliver high-quality lessons, inspire students, and contribute positively to the wider school community.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching Geography at secondary level (KS3-KS4 essential, KS5 desirable)
• Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Geography
• Ability to motivate and engage students of varying abilities
• Commitment to high standards of teaching, learning, and behaviour
