As an Operations Manager at our Goldman Sachs Corporate Club, you'll bring an operational background in the leisure or hospitality industry. You're a National Pool Lifeguard Qualified Assessor with a track record in managing performance, improving potential and leading teams. Ideally, you hold a health and safety qualification.
As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for

Being the lead duty manager of the corporate fitness centre completing a minimum of three duty manager shifts per week.

Ensuring all on-shift staff are working the correct shifts, completing audits, overseeing completion of daily maintenance and delivering high service standards.

Adherence with all weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements.

Supporting the Assistant Programme Director in all areas of operational development and achieving KPI's.

Tracking, analysing, and reporting on operational metrics to identify trends and target continuous improvement.

Vendor management with our key partners, including ordering gym kit and other consumables for the Fitness Centre.
To succeed as an
Operations Manager you will have

The ability to work flexibly, including early mornings/late evenings and up to eight Saturday shifts per annum.
