We are pleased to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Assistant Service Manager to join a successful and well established main dealership based in Coulsdon. This position offers the chance to play a key role in a busy Aftersales department, supporting day to day operations and ensuring an exceptional level of customer service.

Assistant Service Manager Role

• Support the day-to-day running of the front-of-house aftersales operation, ensuring an efficient and professional customer journey
• Assist in leading, motivating, and developing the Service Advisor team to maintain high levels of performance and customer care
• Help manage customer queries and complaints while working closely with the workshop to ensure smooth workflow and strong service standards

Assistant Service Manager Requirements

• Previous experience in a main dealer aftersales environment, ideally with a strong background as a Service Advisor
• Confident in supporting and guiding a front-of-house team while delivering excellent customer service and handling escalated queries
• A full UK driving licence is required
