THE ROLE
A brand‑new SEN school in West Drayton is recruiting SEN Teachers to join their expanding team on a permanent, full‑time basis. This is a term‑time role with the option of an ASAP start for the right candidate.
THE SCHOOL
This independent specialist provision supports primary and secondary pupils aged 5-16 with a diagnosis of Autism. The school is led by an innovative, forward‑thinking Headteacher who is currently expanding the Secondary phase as part of a wider growth plan.
With ambitions to become a multi‑site school serving over 100 pupils, this is a setting with vision, momentum and a clear commitment to excellence.
The school is based in a purpose‑built, spacious and green environment, just 10 minutes from West Drayton's Elizabeth Line station, and features specialist sensory and therapeutic spaces designed to help children flourish.

WHO CAN APPLY?
The school welcomes applications from a range of qualified teachers with SEN experience, including
- QTS (preferred)
- ECTs with SEN experience
- QTLS‑qualified teachers
- Post‑16 SEN teachers looking to transition into a primary/secondary specialist setting
You will also need
- Experience teaching or supporting autistic pupils (specialist setting experience ideal)
- Familiarity with the EQUALS curriculum (highly desirable)
- Experience with non‑linear assessment frameworks such as SCERTS or Routes for Learning (advantageous)
- A genuine passion for neurodiversity‑affirming, person‑centred education
