Long Term Futures is seeking a patient, proactive and experienced KS2 SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs in a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham.

This role is ideal for someone with experience supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD or complex learning needs, who can provide calm, consistent support while helping pupils remain engaged and confident within the classroom environment.

The school is looking for someone who can build strong relationships, maintain clear expectations and work closely with teaching staff to support both academic and emotional development.

About the Role

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCo, your responsibilities will include

* Supporting pupils across Key Stage 2 with a range of SEN needs

Providing 1

1 and small-group support during lessons and interventions

* Helping pupils with ASD, ADHD and communication needs access learning

* Supporting emotional regulation and positive classroom behaviour

* Using visual supports, routines and differentiated learning strategies

* Encouraging confidence, independence and social interaction

* Assisting with targeted interventions in English and Maths

This is a varied and rewarding role suited to someone who enjoys combining classroom support with more focused SEN provision.

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Experience supporting pupils with SEN in KS2

* Understanding of ASD, ADHD and behaviour support strategies

* Calm, patient and able to build positive relationships with pupils

* Confident supporting both academic progress and emotional development
