About this role
We particularly need a male support worker for a male client based in New Malden, for morning shifts around 8am - 9am.
-Assist client with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
-Support with mobility and transfers to promote safety and independence
- Help with household chores including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Administer medication as prescribed and maintain accurate records
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Follow care plans diligently to meet individual needs and preferences
- Maintain clear communication with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
