Mobile Handyperson

Join a global FM company as a mobile handyperson/fabric engineer in North London.

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and repair work to thrive on a mobile contract.

• Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
• £33,000 - £35,000 + van + Fuel Card
• Mobile contract covering sites across North London

Responsibilities

• Carpentry - Door hanging
• Painting & Decorating
• Assembling furniture
• Basic Plumbing
• Drainage & flushing
• Fire alarm/fire door testing
• Grouting & Plastering

Repairing building fixtures

doors, handles, windows etc.

• Basic electrical - lamp changes, sockets

Requirements

• Experience as a building services fabric engineer/handyperson in a commercial/residential setting
• Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ Painting & Decorating preferable
• Full drivers license
