Full time 37.5 hours per week. Fixed shift patterns Monday-Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm no weekend or evening work.
Stratford-Upon-Avon – office based with free parking on site.
We’re looking for Telephony Legal Assistants to join our probate team at Co‑op Legal Services. You’ll be supporting our case handlers with day‑to‑day admin, especially making outbound calls to third parties to gather the information we need to move cases forward. You don’t need any legal experience for this role, so if you have the skills we’re looking for, we can offer you the opportunity to grow and develop in an ethical legal business.

What you’ll do
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to 3rd parties to chase for information, and follow up when required
- Carry out administrative work including populating forms for 3rd parties and generating letters
- Work with a case management system
- Work effectively from a shared task list, making sure that the task list is well maintained
- Complete a variety of ad-hoc requests to meet the needs of the team

- Great organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise your work and adapt to multiple requests
- The ability to communicate professionally and sensitively with external parties, customers, colleagues, and partners
