In this role, you’ll spend the first 3 months in the office for training. After this, you’ll be able to work from home 3 days per week. You’ll work approximately 1 in 4 Saturdays and be on a bank holiday rota.
Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for talented people who want to shape what comes next. As a Customer Service Assistant in our Partner Administration team, you’ll support in setting up accounts and processing product orders from our wholesale partners. We’ll look to you to make sure their needs are met, helping them to give their shoppers a great in-store experience.

What you’ll do
- Support setting up new accounts and managing product access, as well as supporting partners with bulk/pre-sell orders digitally or via the phone
- Accurately upload and push-through orders into the system
- Generate reports using Microsoft Excel
- Help to resolve delivery and order queries from our wholesale partners
- Collaborate with teams and colleagues across the wider business to make sure we’re giving a great service to our partners
What you’ll bring

- Experience managing relationships with customers and other partners
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, with an interest in developing more advanced skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Self-motivation and the ability to work to your own initiative
- Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
