We’re looking for someone with a genuine passion for food and a desire to grow within a supportive, development-focused environment.
As a Commis Chef with ISS UK, you’ll work closely with an experienced team, assisting with food preparation in our kitchens and helping to deliver an exceptional service to our customers.
The Role
Prepare delicious, high-quality food
Deliver outstanding catering services both in and outside the kitchen
Meet deadlines and ensure prompt, efficient meal service
Maintain excellent standards of hygiene and keep all areas clean and organised
Uphold our health and safety standards, ensuring a safe and secure working environment
Work collaboratively as part of the wider ISS team to help create an exceptional experience for colleagues and customers
About You
NVQ Level 2 (or working towards it) or an equivalent cookery qualification
A genuine passion for great-tasting food
Strong understanding of food hygiene principles
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships
A motivated individual with a desire to succeed
Committed to delivering high-quality service with strong attention to detail
Supportive, helpful, and a positive team player
Demonstrates exceptional timekeeping and reliability
