Scunthorpe/Manchester (hybrid working – you’ll spend two to three days a week working from the office, with at least one day based in Scunthorpe)

Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for talented people who want to shape what comes next. As a Media Executive in our Customer Experience team, you’ll manage and co-ordinate the delivery of media content and communications across both internal and external platforms. From partner campaigns to channel management, you’ll make sure everything we deliver is consistent, engaging, and boosts the reputation of our wholesale brand.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of supplier advertising campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels, making sure everything is accurate, on time, and on brand
  • Act as a key point of contact for partners, building strong, trusted relationships and securing promotional buy-in
  • Co-ordinate creative assets and campaign schedules with internal teams to make sure our media activity supports wider campaign and business objectives
  • Make sure all media content meets Co-op brand standards, tone of voice, and inclusive messaging guidelines
  • Track performance and share insights to help improve channels, processes, and campaign effectiveness

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in media sales or other sales role
  • Strong administration, organisation, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
  • Confidence working with partners and across multiple teams, building positive working relationships
  • Great attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
  • A commercial mindset and interest in how promotional activity drives value for customers and partners
