The successful candidate will be responsible for providing full and comprehensive administrative support to the senior leadership team and support the day to day running of the department within a busy office environment. You will provide, organise, maintain and prioritise activities and facilities at The Royal Marsden School. We are looking for someone with good attention to detail, skills in planning and organisation with proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

2.1 To be responsible for office administration and space, including the general maintenance of the facilities at The Royal Marsden School. Maintaining a professional environment across all work areas and ensuring that any issues are escalated to the relevant parties for resolution in a timely fashion.
2.2 To identify and arrange in person classroom and equipment needs for each teaching activity and ensure teaching rooms are set up appropriately on the day
2.3 To ensure that teaching rooms are always maintained in an appropriate and professional standard. Working under their own initiative to report and escalate problems as required and to be responsible for the maintenance of the IT and other equipment therein.
2.4 To be responsible for booking rooms for all those outside of the School staff in order to ensure appropriate use of facilities, in line with guidance and procedure
2.5 Lead on the necessary administrative tasks to support the move of the School, Conference Centre and Library to a new location
