Lead negotiations and resolve disputes with contractors and senior stakeholders, often in highly contentious situations where agreement is critical to service continuity. Communicate highly sensitive compliance failures and remedial actions to executive leadership and regulatory bodies, requiring advanced persuasive and reassurance skills in potentially hostile or emotive environments. Present highly complex and contentious compliance challenges to multidisciplinary teams, requiring developed motivational and empathic skills to secure cooperation and drive urgent corrective action. Plan and organise resource allocation and budget management for mechanical services across multiple departments, regularly reviewing and adjusting strategies to optimise efficiency and support Trust-wide objectives.
