Reablement Support Worker | 10213 | permanent contract | 17.5 hours per week | £13.90 - £14.59 per hour, depending on experience, weekend hours are paid at a higher rate of time plus one third | £14,106 to £13,310 per annum plus weekend enhancements | Grade E | Norwich

You will work on a 2-week rota basis. This will include working alternative weekends and occasional bank holidays.

As a Reablement Support Worker you will be assisting people with their daily living activities such as personal care, meal/drink preparation and medication with the aim of maintaining their level of independence with these activities.

Grays Fair Court is a care establishment made up of 34 Housing with Care flats. All flats are self-contained with bedroom, lounge, kitchenette and bathroom. The Housing with Care tenants also have access to 24 hour assessed care.
