About the Programme

This school-based training programme offers a structured and immersive route into teaching

• Spend 4½ days per week in school, developing hands-on classroom experience from day one.
• Dedicate ½ day per week to professional development, training, and academic study.
• Achieve QTS and a PGCE by July 2027.
• Receive personalised mentoring from experienced Maths teachers and in-school leaders.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for ambitious graduates who

• Hold (or are predicted) a 2:1 degree or higher in Mathematics or a closely related subject.
• Have GCSE Grade C / 4 or above in both English and Maths.
