Salary

£40,000 + up to £4,000 annual bonus

Full time (Hybrid) - 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our organisation’s online presence and engagement strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing innovative social media campaigns and enhancing brand visibility across various digital platforms. Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.

Strong understanding of public relations principles and their application within social media contexts.

Strategic Leadership

Proven experience acting as a Social Media Manager, designing strategies for multi-site, multi-branch, or franchise organisations.

Agency Experience

Previous experience operating within a fast-paced digital marketing agency environment, looking to successfully transition to a dedicated in-house role.

Commercial ROI

Demonstrable track record of managing paid/organic social campaigns that generated measurable revenue (leads) and actively avoided vanity metrics.

Degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business.

Skills & Knowledge Analytics Mastery

In-depth understanding of complex social media performance matrices, analytics tracking, and ROI justification.

Enterprise Tools

Hands-on working experience with advanced social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Reporting Capabilities

Exceptional ability to translate complex data into plain English, Board-level commercial reports.
