Accounts Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities)

Crawley Down Area | Office-Based | £28,000 (Pro Rata for Part-Time)

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to build or further develop your career in accounts and administration? We are currently recruiting on behalf of a successful and well-established main dealer business for two Accounts

Assistant positions to join their friendly finance team.

Available Positions

Full-Time

• Monday to Friday

•

Flexible start and finish times

o 8:00am – 5:00pm

o 8:30am – 5:30pm

o 9:00am – 6:00pm

Part-Time

• 24–30 hours per week
• Flexible working pattern available
• Salary pro rata

Key Responsibilities

• Processing invoices and purchase ledger transactions
• Reconciling accounts and assisting with month-end processes
• Managing financial records and maintaining accurate documentation
• Supporting the wider finance team with administrative duties
• Handling supplier queries and liaising with internal departments
• General office and accounts administration

About You

• Previous accounts experience is desirable
• Strong administrative experience will also be considered
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
