What You'll Be Doing

Delivering tailored 1

1 and small group support for students with ASD

  • Collaborating with teachers and SENCO to deliver robust, individual learning plans
  • Promoting positive behaviour and supporting classroom engagement
  • Assisting with social skills interventions and sensory regulation activities
  • Monitoring progress, recording data, and providing regular feedback to staff
  • Acting as a compassionate role model and advocate within the school
