JOB DESCRIPTION
- Acting as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families
- Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS
- Observing, assessing and supporting children's learning and development
- Creating a safe and stimulating environment for all children, while supporting their care routines
- Working closely and positively with team members
- Promoting inclusive practice and supporting children with
SEND and additional needs
- Following safeguarding, health & safety and nursery policies at all times
