Supports the diagnostic process through the reading of slides under the microscope and documenting the findings into the patient record. Prepares all rooms daily for clinical consultation and examination, cleans and clears away equipment as necessary and ensures clinical areas are kept adequatelysupplied with equipment/resources whilst at all timesworkingin accordance withinfection control standards. Ensures equipment used by others isproperly storedandmaintained. When covering reception or the Central Booking Line uses triage guidelines to guide decision making when advising patients on whether and when they can be seen and theappropriate appointmenttype Undertakes simple history taking from asymptomatic patients against a pre-determined template,providingand receiving sensitive information This role is eligible for visa sponsorship under the UK Visas & Immigration (UKVI) Skilled Worker route.
