About this role
To plan, deliver and evaluate programmes to address patients complex health needs. Initiate and promote collaborative working relationships and effective communication between all members of the MDT to improve the management and outcomes of patients within the specialist area Discuss investigations and treatment for cancer with sensitivity, knowledge and expertise. Attend MDT and consultant ward rounds. Deliver clinical care and management in line with local and national guidance and best practice. Please see JD for full details
