Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads

Promote products and services, clearly explaining their benefits

Handle customer questions, concerns, and objections professionally

Record accurate information in our CRM system

Follow up on leads and close sales

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Deliver exceptional customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

Confident, friendly, and professional phone manner

Strong communication and persuasion skills

Self-motivated, driven, and target-oriented

Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a bonus

Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential (full training provided!)
