About this role
To provide high quality effective physiotherapy assessment and treatment/management programmes for adults presenting with stroke in Haringey, who require a community-based service. To use highly specialist physiotherapy knowledge and skills to manage own complex caseload, as an autonomous practitioner. To act as a source of expertise on stroke, neurological conditions and rehabilitation ; providing advice to patients, carers, all grades of physiotherapists, other health care professionals, consultants, general practitioners and social services. To support the use of evidence-based practice within the service, incorporating national guidelines e.g. stroke strategy into practice. Please see Job Description for further details
