Salary & Package

Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)

•

Basic Salary

£28,000, increasing to £29,000 after 12 months

•

First-Year Earning Potential

£30,000 – £31,000 including commission

• Full training and support provided

Experienced Recruitment Consultant

• £29,000-£30,500 basic salary dependent on experience

•

OTE

£32,000 – £35,000

Senior Recruitment Consultant

•

Basic Salary

£33,500

•

Commission/OTE

£37,000 – £39,000

•

Car Allowance

£400 per month, or option of a company car

About the Role

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face visits
• Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role)
• Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break)

Office based role.

A full current driving licence is preferred but not essential.
