About this role
This post will be offered as a full-time onsite position; the post holder would be responsible for working as part of the international patients Team.
We are currently looking for a dynamic and dedicated Supervisor to join our international team.
We aim to provide an exceptional service to international patients and service users by facilitating the patient pathway from an enquiry to a hospital stay in a seamless manner, including working closely with other departments/consultants & their support services to make this process as smooth as possible for the patient.
Royal Marsden has an international reputation for providing the highest quality of care to patients, and responsibilities as the Patients Supervisor are to supervise and manage the team of administrators and interpreters, to handle complaints and to make sure that all tasks are managed in a timely manner.
Relevant leadership skills in team building and problem solving are required.
The post holder will be responsible to provide assistance to the international team, clinicians and patients.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the provision of an excellent standard of customer service to the international patient and the hospital colleagues.
The post holder will also be responsible for supervising the international administrators and Interpreters

Provide interpreting/translating services to the hospital staff when requested

Document translation
Manage the embassy team and make sure that all emails and Phones are answered in a timely manner.
