  • Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or is currently working towards QTS
  • Has a strong academic background in Art, Design, Fine Art, Graphic Design, or a related subject
  • Possesses excellent subject knowledge and creative flair
  • Can inspire students of all abilities to explore and develop their artistic talents
  • Has high expectations of achievement, effort, and presentation
  • Is eager to contribute to the wider creative life of the school
