Clinical Educator

Promote standards of theatre practice in accordance with the Trusts guidelines and policies Participate in clinical audits Assist with the implementation of local and national initiatives Work alongside supervisors and assessors to enhance their assessment skills and provide support for their everyday practice with the nursing workforce. To develop and maintain working relationships with academic colleagues at our partners To work with the senior clinical team to provide a suitable learning environment, promoting and facilitating evidence-based practice. Monitor and review clinical and professional standards of care, reporting on performance, and instituting remedial action where necessary, with support from the Practice development Team To work collaboratively with all members of the multidisciplinary team
