What You'll Be Doing

  • Orchestrating high-quality SEND interventions and bespoke support plans
  • Leading, inspiring, and coaching SEND teams, TAs, and teaching staff
  • Advising SLT on EHCP processes, audits, policy, and compliance
  • Coordinating effective provision and monitoring student progress
  • Partnering with parents, external agencies, and the local authority
  • Deploying adaptive strategies for an inclusive learning climate
