Being a Business Change Manager is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success – which means you’ll:

• Strong understanding of how change impacts people, processes, and ways of working.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, enabling clear articulation of change and strong relationship building
• Solid business and operational insight, with experience working within the business and understanding real-world challenges
• User-focused approach, effectively gathering, representing, and incorporating feedback to support adoption
• Practical experience in delivery of new capability, hands-on involvement in change initiatives (e.g. rollouts, improvements)
• High adaptability and ownership, demonstrating initiative, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement
