What you’ll be doing
As an HRBP Opticians, you will partner closely with business leaders to understand transformation objectives and evolving needs. Your expertise will help translate these plans into clear people priorities and deliverables, ensuring that all initiatives are delivered on time and aligned with our project goals. You’ll provide strategic input to shape our workforce, culture, and change approaches during transformation, making a significant impact on our organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand transformation objectives and evolving needs.
- Translate transformation plans into clear people priorities and deliverables.
- Lead and coordinate people-related activities across major transformation programmes.
- Ensure all people initiatives are delivered on time, aligned to project plans, and support business outcomes.
- Provide strategic input to shape workforce, culture, and change approaches during transformation.
What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR leader in complex transformation programmes.
- Strong knowledge of organisational design, change management, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- High level of emotional intelligence and a wide understanding of people issues.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
It would be great if you also have
- CIPD Qualified Level 5 or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working in a clinical/regulated environment.
