• Provide administrative support to the Apprenticeship Recruitment Team, including coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining shared inboxes.
• Support Business Engagement Account Managers by maintaining accurate CRM records, producing reports, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Respond to employer enquiries and assist with delegate enrolments, ensuring a high standard of customer service and efficient programme administration.
• Must have DBS on update service.
